How do I blur stuff?

I am trying to Blur sensitive material in a video demo. I am using the newest version of Captivate.

I can find tons of info on how to do it while utilizing different applications ( Premiere, Camtasia, Snag-it) is there really no way to do it just using Captivate alone?
