How do I capture software simulations when having to switch back and forth between applications?

Working with service reps who use multiple systems to complete an order. Need to know how to guide them in the use of Captivate 8 to produce a software simulation that includes the entire process.

    Hi there

    It sounds as if you might be thinking that Captivate typically records a single application. Certainly it *CAN* work that way, but it also can record just an area of the screen. This is what I'm thinking you are wanting in this case. Just define an area of the screen (possibly even the entire screen) and record that. Then your reps can move between applications.
