How do I change all Caption types and fonts?

I've created a Captivate 8 software simulation and I'd like to amend all the Captions from the default to a different type and font size and colour.  I'm really hoping there is a way of changing the first caption and then copying this throughout the demonstration with the click of a couple of buttons!
