Question

How do I change the video-capture frame rate?

I recently started a free trial of Captivate 9. It automatically video-captures at about 15 fps. I looked up how to change it (i want it to be 24) and everyone says to look under 'preferences,' but when I go to preferences, all it says under the publish settings is 'include audio' and 'publish audio as a mono.' My window is also very minimalist looking and doesn't seem to have most of the features that I've seen in tutorials.
Surely I can change the capture frame rate, even in a free trial, so how do I change the frame rate?

Video Demo capture is always 15 frames per second.  You cannot change that (as far as I am aware).

Captivate does have an option under Preferences for changing the default timeline FPS from the default of 30 frames per second to something else.  But this won't affect your video demo FPS.
