How do I completely turn off "Text Captions" in Captivate 2017 Software Simulation?

I am creating a  Captivate 2017 (PC) Software Simulation demo and I do not want any "Text Captions" Generated.  How Can I turn captions off before recording my presentation (or at least suppressing them from appearing in final project)?

    It looks like you can turn them off under preferences --> recording --> modes.
