How do I convert Captivate Project (swf file) to AVI

Does anyone out there know how to convert their Captivate project swf file to avi? I am trying to add a 3 minute clip into my PP 2 project. I've been using this third party software but the quality sucks. Does anyone know a better way? These two products PP2 and Captivate are not compatible. Help!!!!!

Well I can't get a good read on its quality. I downloaded the free trial version, and it will only capture 2 seconds of my project! Do you know how I can change this setting?

I am getting the same problem with the full version of SWF to Video Converter 2.3 (Build: 70809). I have submitted a support ticket relating to this issue. I will let you know what response I get.
