How do I create a drag source that doesn't disappear once it is dragged to its drag target?

I am building a math teaching resource that has a math question and text box where learners can drag answers to the drag target. The possible answers are 1 - 9. I would like learners to be able to (for example) drag the number "2" multiple times based on the question without having "2" multiple times on the list of answers (1 - 9). It would be great if numbers could be dragged to the drag target, but not have it disappear from the answer list. How do I do this? Is it possible on Captivate 9?
