    Using Adobe Captivate?

I don't believe that's possible to achieve. Sorry

Thanks, maybe I need to clarify the questions.  I have created a video with a transparent background in after effects.

I need to do two things.

    1) import the video (with the transparency) to show on a slide in captivate

    2) export and a HTML 5 so the video works on ipads.

    Any suggestions on workflow?

    Hello again

I believe that Captivate prefers FLV for video with Alpha channel. I know it also accepts F4V, but I'm not sure if the F4V container supports alpha. I've seen MOV files that use Alpha, but when you attempt to load a MOV in Captivate, it kicks off the Adobe Media Encoder and transcodes the video. I don't believe the Alpha survives the trip when that happens.

    Cheers... Rick
