How do I create a zoom area in Captivate 8

According to the User Guide it's: Select Insert>Standard Objects>Zoom Area. Only problem is, the is no "Standard Objects on the Insert menu in Captivate 8

    From the Big Button Bar, click Objects > Zoom Area.
