Question

How do I create an advance actions to conditionally Stop the audio in the main slide then play another audio once a button is clicked?

I have an audio in the main slide which plays automatically once the slide loads.  There are also several buttons on the slides, once clicked a pop up appears.  I wanted to have audio attached to each button.  I can easily add an Advance Action to Play a different Audio for each button, but do not know how to disable the audio in the main slide.  I tried adding "Stop Trigger Audio" but it does not work. What's happening now, the audios are overlapping.

Please help.  Thanks.

It is not possible to control slide radio, once it starts playing, you can

only mute it. Can you replace slide audio by am action Play Audio On Enter

of the slide? If you use the same command to play audio on the buttons, off

use Stop Triggered audio, problem will be solved.

DId you try out the work flow, or do you have more questions? I answered this pretty late from my phone, perhaps not very detailed.

The Play audio command can play only one audio clip at the same time. If you repeat that command with another clip, the first clip will be automatically stopped, no need to use the 'Stop Triggered Audio' in that case.

Audio can also be attached to objects, and then the rule is that audio plays when object appears (whether timed or by an action) and stops when object disappears.
