How do I display a single frame of video for a few seconds?

I'm making a video demonstration and want my recorded video to pause for about 20 seconds while I have different text boxes pop up and explain what's happening on different parts of the screen.  How can I do this?  I've looked at all the menu options and I can't find something that would make it work.

Hi there

Are you working with a CPTX file or a CPVC file?

If it's a CPTX, you would simply insert a button that pauses the slide until the user is ready to move forward.

If it's a CPVC, I think you could split the video. Then preview it and pause the preview where you want to insert the pause. Screen capture the frame and save it as an image. Then insert the image and time it for the duration you want.

I'm working with a CPVC.  I figured I could screenshot the frame as a workaround, but I was hoping there might be a tool in Captivate to actually edit video playback speed and all that.  Oh well, I'm just going to go ahead and take a screenshot and go from there.  Thanks!
