How do I embed a file, such as Word or a PDF file, into a Captivate 7 project?

I need to insert a file into a Captivate 7 project.  Is this doable?

    You can ship the file along with the project and have a link from the project that will open it. Just configure a clickable area or object to open the file.

    Thanks so much, Rick.  I've been using ToolBook for years and have just switched over to Captivate.  I have a short timeframe to create a usable trianing module and I'm a little lost navigating around a new app .  That was so helpful.  Thanks again!
