How do I get Captive! I have CC All Apps Plan

Why is captive not available to download it does not show up, I have the CC All Apps Plan?!

    Captivate does not belong to the Adobe CC family, despite being an Adobe application and despite it being used to CREATE e-learning.  That is why you do not see it for download directly from the Adobe CC application set.  Just google for Download Adobe Captivate.
