How do I get files to upload to Connect?

I keep getting an error message "there was an error converting your file."

I have never had problems before with this.

Are your publishing your project from Presenter?

If yes, try removing the server currently set up and re-add a new one.

No, just uploading some files to an existing template in Connect.
