How do I get help cancelling my captivate trial - I can't see it on my account to do it

I want to cancel my Captivate trial but I can't see it anywhere on my account to allow me to cancel it and I can only get the virtual assistant. How can I contact someone to get help

    It will expire automatically after 30 days.  No need to cancel.
