I amusing James voice in Captivate 2017 for text to speech and it will not pronounce the work triage, it messes up when it has to pronounce the "a", please advise what I can do.

Thanks!

Do words like this phonetically in the script.

    So try

Tree-aj or variations until you hit upon what sounds good enough.

Once you generate the speech, you can change the script back if you need it for closed-captioning.

This may be useful to watch (not totally related, but helpful)

You can use the voice text markup language from Neospeech. A little time and effort with the following document will teach you to use IPA pronunciation section and use the following code to make it work. If you are publishing your text to speech as also your closed captioning and you are using HTML publishing there will be no need to remove the VTML.

    <vtml_phoneme alphabet="ipa" ph="116;633;105;593;658">triage</vtml_phoneme>

Also here is the document where I learned how to do this.
