How do I get NeoSpeech Julie to read the edited dictionary?

Hello, I'm new to Captivate 8 (Windows 7 W/64 bit O/S) and have been working on converting slide notes. I have tried many things, with some success, but all is not working now. I first renamed the User Dict to UserDictEng_Julie.exe and it seemed to work. I did my work, saved, closed and opened next day, all was gone and the UserDictEng.exe was back and no sign of the UserDictEng_Julie.exe. I re-created it today and Julie is not using the newly named dict. I verified the changes were captured in the .csv file and copied that file to all English speaking voice folders (userdict folder; userdict_eng.csv) with no success. Any help is appreciated - thanks.
