How do I get this embedded pdf to display?

I'm working on a quiz project and some of the questions need an embedded .pdf as support documentation.  I've added smart shapes over some of the text to act as buttons to "Open URL or file" and have them set up to open the .pdf in a new window.  The buttons are working as intended in the test site (SCORM cloud) but when the new tab opens in the browser it says "Page not found."  I have put the files that are linked in the published folder (several different locations now) but they still will not pull up in the browser.  What am I missing here?

Thanks for watching my videos.

I think you will need the file extension. I'm not seeing anything other than the file extension thing, however perhaps there is something else you might be missing. check out my video on this topic here:

I hope that helps you out.

Remove all but the name of the file in the URL. Then copy the PDF document to the root folder of the SCORM package (or other eLearning format).

Paul, Thanks for your reply.  I've been following your youtube channel for a while now and have learned a ton there.  So thanks for those as well.

So I have tried just the file name with and without the file extension and still no joy.  Here are the setting I'm using and "new" is selected in the drop down next to the file name.  I have added the file with the exact same name to the root published folder both before and after it's zipped.  Anything I'm missing?  I really appreciate your help. -Matt
