How do I make this thing autplay instead of having that opening ugly player button?

Question

Can't get my file to load without that ugly player button in HTML5. I noticed Paul Wilson's play
right away without that button slide. How do I get rid of it in the opening screen?
Thanks....sorry for all the newbie questions but I guess that's just where I am...

You should have searched a little bit, there is plenty of information about the AutoPlay being disabled, because it is highly probably that this will soon be the case for any browser (Chrome started). Maybe this blog post could give you some information about coping with the situation, making the static start screen more engaging.
