How do I obtain the answers of my likert scale survey?

I recently created a survey using Adobe Presenter and posted it to our ConnectPro server. I would like to run a report and get the answers of the survey, but I have not been successful in doing so.  Is there a way to get the survey responses?  Or did I have the employees take a survey just to waste their time?

I'm not sure why this survey functionality would exist if I can't get the report on the corresponding program, so I am hoping it is just a user error and that there is a simple way to get those responses.  Can anyone help me please?
