Question

How do I publish a Captivate course to play on a Samsung Tablet?

I built a course using Captivate 9 and would like to play it on a Samsung tablet.  I have tried publishing using HTML and a PDF, then transfer the files to the tablet, but still can't get it to play.  Any suggestions?

I had sent this reply using mail, but it doesn't appear here. New trial:

Standalone? HTML5 scalable project plays fine, but you have to upload to a webserver or LMS. That will be a normal project. For standalone you would need to publish a responlsive project as an app. That means that you'll need to have certificates for the 'stores' where you want to put them, Andorid/Apple.

I tried to publish it as an app. It requested to use Adobe's Phonegap app.

I downloaded it and tried to republish it. It was rejected because

Captivate doesn't support Phonegap version 3.7.0.

I haven't setup an LMS yet. Going to do that in about 3 months. I was just

trying to test things out before invesing time and effort to an LMS early

in the development of the prjoct.

There is a hot fix for that recent Phonegap issue.

You can always test in SCORM Cloud
