how do I publish course to YouTube ?

Just to expand on Hello Captivate's correct and succinct advice, you can't really "publish" a course on YouTube. By that I mean you won't be able to have folks interact with the course. The "Publish to YouTube" option only converts the course to an MP4 video. If that is what you want then Hello Captivate's direction is correct.
