How do I select Text To Speech on a Button Down State?

Within Captivate 8 I want a Button Down State to play a text to speech audio file. How exactly is this done?

I'm not sure if I should select the Down state then go to Options/Audio, or, select Actions On Success Play Audio.

Thanks for your help.

I found the answer on how to add an audio to a button. Create the text to speech with the voice desired.  Once created delete the voice over on the timeline. Create the button. Select the button state desired, in my case the down state. Once in the down state go to Actions and under On Success: select Play Audio. Then click the folder icon next to the Audio form. This brings up the audio in the library. Select the audio I want to use.

One more thing now that I am on the Text to Speech subject. Here is the problem. I deleted the copy within the Slide Notes that was embedded in an object. However, it's still playing when I play it through a browser. This must be because it's still in the library???

I found the reason why the text to speech was still playing. I forgot the delete it from the timeline.
