How do I set my quiz to no retakes?

I just got upgraded to Captivate 12.2 and am struggling with publishing my quiz to our LMS so that the project can only be played one time -- no retakes on the quiz. I could do this in the previous version, but I'm not having any luck with 12.2. Any ideas?

Do you miss the 'Pass or Fail' part in Quiz Preferences? It has moved. Go to ths score slide, and click the Interaction button in the right toolbar. You'll find the Pass or Fail settings there.

Thank you @Lilybiri! That got me over one of the hurdles. When I upload and play in the LMS, it's still allowing me to retake the assessment. Just to confirm, in Interactions, I set Number of Attempts to "1" and leave Allow Unlimited Attempts unchecked. Also, for On Pass and On Fail, I have the action set to Exit Course. Am I doing this correctly?

Also wondering if having Review Quiz activated cancels out the single pass-through (no re-takes) requirement.
