How do I set up my publish settings for the Pre-test Or Post-test Rollup Multi-SCO Packager

I am creating a course that has three modules each with a pretest and a posttest. I am using Captivate 9 and wrapping the course using SCORM 2004 3rd Edition. When I output the files and wrap them according to various tutorials and forums I've referenced, the SCOs do not advance correctly/at all. There seems to a decent amount of documentation on how to use the packager to import the SCO files and output a course package, but no one seems to want to discuss what needs to be done to setup the SCO files before multi-SCO wrapping. Do I need to change my publish settings when I'm SCORM wrapping the individual SCOs to achieve the desired effect? Maybe the Pass or Fail criteria? Do I need to set the Project End Options under the Start and End menu to something other than Stop Project? Please help.
