How do I stop my text to speech audio from continuing to play on every slide?

Question

I've noticed that for some reason in the project I'm working on, the audio will play continuously from one slide's content to the other, even if the viewer doesn’t move onto the next slide. However, when I click through the slides manually, the audio starts correctly where it’s supposed to for each slide. Has anyone had this happen before? Is there a way to stop it?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Try making sure that there is a slight gap between the beginning and end of the timeline and the extremities of the sound clips on each slide. Don't let the audio clip touch the ends of the slide timeline.
