How do I update from Captivate 8 to 9 for my Mac?

Hello ,

Welcome to Adobe Forums !

If you had purchased subscription for Captivate 8 then you can simply go to Adobe's website and download the trial version of Captivate 9 and then activate it using your Adobe Id and Password.

This may not be the right place for this reply, but I have to say the Captivate upgrade process is counterintuitive.

If I had Captivate v8 and I had purchased v9 I would not go to a page that provides a free trial of the software.

I would look for the upgrade page - which evidently does not exist.

I have seen several folks here ask for instructions which indicates a flawed process.

Can you please attempt to make things easier for the upgrader?
