How do I use variables to create a certificate of completion in Captivate 5.5?

Question

I am designing a series of lessons where the user must enter specific information (I have created the variables already). There are no quiz questions, this is a simple complete/incomplete. I need to put these variables into a Certificate of Completion at the end of the lesson for the user to print. This information must also be e-mailed so that the learner gets credit for completing the lesson.

The Certificate Widget does not accomodate for this. Anyone have any ideas on how I can accomplish this?
