How do I zoom into different parts of a still image so parts of the image are enlarged with the voice over on captivate 13? I can't seem to find an option to zoom in

I am attempting to create an e-learning module and would like the sections of my circular diagram to enlarge while the voice over is playing. I can not seem to find an option to zoom on captivate 13
