How do you add opening and closing animation to a Presenter presentation?

I'd like to add animation similar to what you see in the opening and closing scenes in this Adobe video - What's new in Adobe Presenter 10 - YouTube

to my Presenter 10 presentation but can't seem to find this option. I've learned that these are called "Themes" and are available in Adobe Presenter Video Express as shown here:
