How do you create a quiz report from a simulation assessment?

    Hello and welcome,

    The capturing process that creates an Assessment simulation will have added scores to click boxes and maybe Text Entry Boxes that were inserted as well. You can have an overview of the scored objects in the Advanced Interaction panel (F9, or using the menu Project). You can insert a score slide after the assessment that will show the values of different quizzing system variables or create your own score slide. But if you want a detailed report of the score of each interaction, it depends on how you want to transfer that report: LMS or other way? And if it is a LMS, has it enough functionality to report all the interactions?

    Lilybiri, I think you have answered my question, but let me elaborate and maybe you can give me little bit more feedback.

    I have recorded a simulation assesment, but I don't know how to show the results of the assesment to the user after they have clicked there way through the simulation. I know you can show a results slide to the user but have no idea of how to do this .

    I see the users clicks are being tracked because of the interaction Id in the reporting section under the properties tab, but how do you use this interaction id to formulate a results slide for the user to view at the end of the simulation assesment?

    FYI...I am using captivate 7.

    Please elaborate on what you exactly are trying to achieve? Did you mean you want a pass/fail result for an interactive simulation?

    Go to Quiz Preferences, and activate the option 'Show Score at the end of the Quiz'. That will insert a score slide, probably at the end of your file. It will show the default data about quizzing, only total results.

    You can also create a custom score slide, using the quizzing system variables. Have a look at:
