How do you create a try it mode from the screen recordings

How do you create a try it mode from the screen recordings.  e.g.  after the participant watches the software demo, how can I program it so they can do a simulation of what they just learned with responsive feedback, so they can know if they did it right or wrong.

    When you capture a software sim you have 3 modes that you can check all:

    demo (the one you have now), training (what you want extra) and assessment.

    During trainings I always recommend to capture the 3 modes at once. You

    will have 3 files, but can copy/paste slides in one file.
