How do you disable autofocus in captivate?

Hi,

We have developed a Custom Tutorial with our own keyboard designed to not occupy as much space as tablet keyboards do.

The problem is, some times text input boxes have autofocus on (others they don´t) which makes the native keyboard (IOS, Android) appear before we can disable it (and it looks horrible).

Is there any way of disabling this autofocus functionality for the text input boxes? Any workarounds if not, that we could use in captivate? (Disable input boxes, etc..).
