    Are you talking about a Captivate feature? Please,  give some more details because I don't understand what you mean by facial recognition box' (exists in Photoshop).

    I'm actually researching this for a user. This is what she reported. “          Issue: Captivate is generating a facial recognition box around my face in a tutorial I have recorded. It remains even after converting the captivate file to an MP4. I cannot figure out how to delete this box.”

    I've never seen Captivate do this.  I think what you are seeing is probably generated by the platform on which you are viewing it.  Is this HTML5 content on a mobile device perhaps?
