How do you import mp4 files into your Video project on Captivate 9?

I recently have produced a video on Captivate 9.  I am working with a graphic artist to insert some branding before and after the video.  The graphic artist is looking to produce this branding in an mp4 format.  What is the best way to bring this files together?  I was wondering if it is at all possible to import these mp4 files into my Captivate 9 project and then publish the project into an mp4 format.  However, when I click on "Media", the video option is not active.

I would appreciate advise from someone who has done this before.

Cheers,

Natalie from Sydney

Hi Steve,

Thanks, I really appreciate your help with my question.  I'll see how I go with editing in a video editor.

Cheers, Natalie

Nathalie, use a cptx, not a cpvc project. Much easier to insert video, and

if you need a software video demo you can capture it from within the cptx

project or insert it as a cpvc slide.

That is very weird: Media, Video is available both in Responsive and Normal (blank) projects. Which type of project are you talking about, because a 'Video' project doesn't exist. There is a Video Demo, which is a screen capturing application but not meant to insert other videos at all.

Although, if it is a video demo, there does exist the possibility of inserting a PIP video.

Rick, that was not the goal of this project or did I read it totally wrong?.
