How do you locate a question that is missing an answer in captivate 13?

I’m working on a course that another developer recently updated. Any time I go to publish a new review link, I get the error “configure the correct response in the question slides in the project before creating the review”.

But my problem is they all have answers… I’ve combed through them multiple times, and ensured an answer was clicked…

The other developer mentioned the only change they made was that they deleted a question… So I’m wondering if captivate is now confused thinking there is still a question but just thinks it is missing an answer?

Is there a fix for this? It tells me nothing so I have no idea what captivate thinks is missing an answer.
