How do you make narration start when the user clicks rather than starting automatically?

Not sure what exactly you want here.

If you want the audio to start when the user enters the slide, add it as a slide audio. If you want it to play on clicking anywhere on a slide, you need to add a huge click box covering the entire slide and assign the action to play audio.
