How do you package a Captivate file to include images? Unlike other Adobe software, there is no option to do so in Captivate.

That's because unlike some other adobe software it is not linking to images as external content, the content is embedded in .cptx file.  There is nothing to package, the images in the presentation natively go with .cptx file when it is saved/sent/moved.

Am I wrong in assuming that Captivate can render crisp vector images? Maybe the resolution is inherently very low in this software (though I'm not sure why).

Is is it pixelated when you publish as well as when you work on it?  What was the source?  I don't do it often, but I know that Captivate loses quality when powerpoint is imported, and it is largely regained on publish.

The other thing to try is these settings.  I have used it mainly when I publish and images don't turn out right, but I wonder if the Advanced Project Compression might monkey up some images?  Just stabbing in the dark as I have never had that issue before.

If images are pixellated in the workspace, it could be you have zoomed the workspace.

Thanks for the quick reply, BehrTrainer !

That's helpful. Any reason why the images would show up pixelated while I work? That's what made me think they were "un-linked".
