How do you test Accessibility when "Read Aloud" doesn't work?

Basic text is not being read in the EDGE browser. I'm previewing in HTML 5 and I've filled out the Accessibility Description with a duplicate of the text on screen. How can I preview the functionality before publish when the "Read Aloud" only reads the playback skin Nav buttons?

It seems like none of the content is recognized for assistive technology, Please help 🙂

Is this the same for other browsers (Firefox, Chrome)? Can you tell which exact version you are using, the full number is displayed under Help, About Captivate.
