Question
How helpful and timely is Tech Support?
I'm down to the wire with a major sale but still having
problems getting my project to send the learner's activity (answers
to the individual questions, not just the overall scores) to the
LMS. I don't know if this is a Captivate 3 problem and my own
limitations being new, or my LMS problem. I have searched these
forums back and front looking for my answers and am clueless,
still.
I am thinking about paying for a month of support, but thought I'd ask if anyone here has any suggestions, comments or ideas as to where to go from here.
