How helpful and timely is Tech Support?

I'm down to the wire with a major sale but still having problems getting my project to send the learner's activity (answers to the individual questions, not just the overall scores) to the LMS. I don't know if this is a Captivate 3 problem and my own limitations being new, or my LMS problem. I have searched these forums back and front looking for my answers and am clueless, still.

I am thinking about paying for a month of support, but thought I'd ask if anyone here has any suggestions, comments or ideas as to where to go from here.

I'd really appreciate any input with how helpful & timely the tech support is.

I can't say never having really used their support. How much is a month
of support? From what I've read here, you may be better off asking in
these forums or hiring a Captivate/SCORM pro for a day.
If you want to try here, what have you tried in the lesson so far, what
settings have you made, what's the LMS you're trying, and any other info
    you can provide...
IMO, the easiest way by far to diagnose such problems is for the LMS to
include some debugging info - showing you what the lesson is passing and
how the LMS is responding. Unfortunately, most LMS products don't seem
    to have such a feature.
