    Permanently? With Captivate 9? You'll have to use multistates, and the object actions for each action with the command Change state of .... You find the button 'object actions' in the Properties panel, after selecting a drop target. You'll need to define the object action for each drag action and for each drop target. First define all the states for the drop targets. InBuilt states will probably not be what you want. For more info you can check these blog posts:
