How my video can start in the same time as my audio

There are a lot of options when inserting video and/or audio into your project. It looks like you chose the "Event Video" option which produces the video playbar and that does not appear to be what you want. To give you more control over audio/video, try this:

Import the Snagit video as an MP4 into Captivate choosing the "Multi-slide synchronized Video" option instead of the Event option.  The phrase "multi-slide" is confusing because it also works even if you are only inserting into one slide. This option gives you more control over which video and/or audio clip plays in relation to each other.

In the Timeline screenshot below, I've set up a typical example. Notice how the Snagit_Video clip is set to begin at the :01 sec mark and the Audio-Clip.mp3 waveform is set to begin at the :03 sec mark. If you want them to both begin at the same time, you would simply adjust the Timeline video and audio clips to start when you want. It's all under your control.
