How to activate the "complimentary license usage (Adobe Captivate)"

Hello the eLearning page here lists a point structure and how you can receive "3 months of complimentary license usage (Adobe Captivate)" but once you reach these point levels, nothing happens. How does one activate this complimentary license usage?
