How to add SPECIFIC question from question pool in Captivate

How does one add a SPECIFIC question from the question pool?

What about if you want to keep a certain order to the questions in the question pool?

Many subject do NOT lend themselves to willy nilly questions. For example some questions build on others like "How many stages are there in Process A" - "Describe each stage in Process A".

If you need to have specific questions appear in a specific order then you DON'T use question pools.  Captivate doesn't allow you that level of control over randomized questions coming from pools.

As you have said, some subjects just don't lend themselves to the use of randomized questions.  If you need more control over which questions appear and in which order, leave them out of the pool.

Then what do I save them in? I'd like to have them in something akin to a pool, or 'storage', from which I can pick them across projects. Thanks.

Eh, I also found a sort of work around but it's rather tedious. In the question pool view I duplicate the question slide them send it to the master.
