How to add two hot spots on a image on the same question slide ?

I am in the process of developing a project on captivate and I am trying to add two hotspots on the same image on a question slide but I am unable to do it please tell me the steps.

Select the Hot Spot question slide, then in the Quiz tab, change Answers to 2.
