How to append audio for a slide (Captivate 9)

Hi! I'm using Captivate 9. I have recorded audio for a slide and saved it. How can I add a sentence at the end? I'm only finding ways to replace the audio through editing but want to add to the audio. Thanks so much!

    Double click the audio clip on the timeline to open in the Slide Audio dialog. You should be on the Edit tab.

    Scroll sideways to the end of the clip and when the cursor red line is in the correct position, hit the red record button on the dialog header bar to begin adding a new section of audio at that point.
