How to Build a self paced or bookmark HTML with Adobe Connect or Moodle?

can anyone help in how to build a self paced or bookmark learning course using HTML pages with Adobe Connect or Moodle? I need to allow the learner to stop at a certain page and then continue later time or later date from where he stopped in the previous session.

I know how to do that in Adobe Captivate but I need to do using only HTML and not Captivate.
