How to capture a still imag from a cpvc video?

Hi, I have a cpvc video and want to synchronize the video with text boxes. I thought I can prolong a video frame by capturing a still image from the video and insert this still image into the timeline.

I didn't find the function for capturing still images.

Is this possible or do I have to use another function?

There is no functionality to capture still images, missing still. It would be great to have it, but tired to log that feature request.

I use Snagit or even Captivate to capture an image while having the video paused in the editor.
