How to change an image from square to rounded corner

I am using a template in Captivate 6. It is rounded corners. When I place an image, I can't figure out how to navigate the rounded corner of the template with the square corner of the image. How do I change the image corner from square to rounded?

You won't be able to accomplish it by simply inserting an image.

I suppose you could insert a Smart Shape that uses Rounded Corners, then configure the Smart Shape to use the image as a fill.
