How to change my pasting settings on Captivate

Hi, 

I just made a mistake that is going to cost me a huge amount of time. I need to copy text from Powerpoint to Captivate. 

I have set up master slides in Captivate with caption boxes with all the correct text settings that I want. (Veranda, 18).

The first bit of text I copied across from Powerpoint. A pop-up appeared in captivate and ask me about keeping the formatting, I misunderstood and selected the wrong option which kept the formatting from Word (Arial, 19) and not the formatting I set up in Captivate (Veranda, 18). To make matters worse, I selected the little checkbox that said "do not show again".

Please help me, I need to find a way to change my pasting options so that when I paste into Captivate, the formatting from Captivate stays the same. 

I have a huge volume of stuff that I need to copy across...
